Bed and Breakfast Description

The Goddard Mansion offers an intimate and rare atmosphere of elegance and friendliness. All of its guest rooms are unique and memorable, and a few have panoramic views of the mountains in New Hampshire and Vermont.

Guests can enjoy the living room and its four and one-half foot fireplace and baby grand piano as well as a sitting room, library, TV room, screened in porch, veranda, and tea house.

The Goddard Mansion can host your romantic getaway, visit with friends or family, or many events including baby showers, bridal showers, family reunions, weddings, civil unions, business meetings, etc.

Come relax or take part in the many activities in the area including golf, hiking, skiing, canoeing, antiquing, shopping, dining. Or go to a cultural even at the Claremont Opera House or the nearby Hopkins Center for the Arts in Hanover.

Guests arriving after 6pm must call ahead to make arrangements for late check in, 603-543-0603. Thank you.

Reservation Notes:

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS: A deposit equal to one night stay (50% for extended stays of 3 or more nights) is required for a confirmed reservation. The deposit will be forfeited if guests do not arrive, arrive after the reserved date, or depart before the final date of the confirmed date. Full payment for accommodations is due at the time of arrival. Due to our limited size, cancellations have a serious impact on us. With at least 7 days cancellation notice, we will refund your deposit minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations occuring within 7 days of the confirmed date will result in the loss of your deposit. If we are able to fill the room for your reserved date your deposit will be refunded minus a $25 administrative fee.
