Between the two locations, we offer 25 charming rooms complete with original woodwork, highlighting the turn-of-the-century craftsmanship, and large decorative fireplaces with original carved wooden mantles.

Spending a night or two may feel like stepping back in time, but you do not have to leave the comforts of home. Guest rooms offer cable television with HBO (most rooms have flat screen televisions), telephones, and free high-speed Internet.

Located at 1087 & 1750 Beacon Street, both inns are situated in pleasant residential Brookline neighborhoods within walking distance of the bustling commercial squares of Coolidge Corner, Kenmore Square, and Washington Square. You can access downtown Boston within minutes via public transportation or take your time and stroll into the city on a sunny afternoon. The area offers an extensive array of museums, theaters, restaurants and other points of interest. Our 1087 location is within walking distance to Fenway Park, many colleges and universities (including Boston University, Emmanuel College, Wheelock College, Simmons College, Northeastern University, Mass College of Art, and Wentworth Institute of Technology) and the Longwood Medical Area (including Children’s Hospital, Brigham and Women’s, Dana Farber, and Beth Israel). Our 1750 location is near Boston College, Newbury College, Pine Manor College, Hellenic College, St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, and the Mall at Chestnut Hill.
