![]() Built in 1889 in the foothills of the Northern Catskills, this lovely Queen Anne Victorian Inn has welcomed guests for 50 years. Three buildings are set on 6 acres of lawns, shade trees, woods, and gardens. Antiques, original artwork and Victorian details add to an atmosphere of warmth and relaxed comfort. All rooms have private baths and mini-fridge, some have double whirlpools and fireplaces. Wireless Internet access is available in the Main Inn. Breakfast is a highlight at Greenville Arms 1889 Inn. Romantic fireplaces and the Inn's collection of original artwork create a special setting. Generous offerings from a full menu are served at your table. You are welcome to order whatever you like! Breakfast begins at 8:30 a.m. Early birds can help themselves to fresh coffee beginning at 7 a.m. After a delicious, hot breakfast, guests enjoy hiking, biking, Hudson Valley sightseeing or relaxing by the inn’s 50' outdoor pool. One night stays are welcome most weekends. The inn has been host to the Hudson Valley Art Workshops since 1982, offering creative residential workshops in watercolor, oil, acrylic, pastel, drawing, collage, and art quilting. The Inn is also the home of Life By Chocolates, a gourmet chocolates and confections shop. Enjoy complementary samples upon your arrival.
