Bed and Breakfast Description

Surrounded by Coronado's main sights, shopping, cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance, the Inn is a very charming European style Bed and Breakfast, with 15 rooms. Lavishly decorated in Spanish Mission style throughout, the quiet rooms surprise the guest with their ceiling-fan lights, antique dressers and armoires, 4-poster beds, sunny windows, and lovely ivory-color Battenberg lace comforters and pillow shams.

Each room has its own decor, all very beautiful and comfortable, with ample storage space, and daily maid service. All of the rooms have cable TV with remote control, telephone (local calls are free), and a great feature: in-room individual heaters, which allow the guest to set their temperature as they desire.

The bathrooms are small, but complete, with full size bathtubs, lace shower curtains, thick cream towels, and some are equipped with whirlpool tubs. The quality of the complimentary toiletries is luxury class.

Each morning, there is a very satisfying self-serve breakfast: fresh-brewed coffee, teas, and a huge tray loaded with still-warm muffins, bananas, apples, pears, oranges, and juices, available from 8am until 10am.

The Coronado Village Inn is located minutes from downtown San Diego, Balboa Park, Mission Valley, the San Diego Convention Center, Qualcom Stadium, the San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Airport, MCRD San Diego, and the North Island Naval Air Station.
