Pleasant Bay B&B and Llama Keep

On a knoll, by the shores of Pleasant River, rests our 110 acre working llama and red deer farm. Enjoy the rise and fall of the tides, while gazing at the many shore birds and seals.

Bed and Breakfast Description

Meander our trails accompanied by a gentle llama or explore the shoreline in quiet seclusion. Take advantage of our open deck or screened porch. Enjoy both the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Watch the antics of the red deer.

A full breakfast is served 7:00 to 8:00 a.m. For the late sleeper, coffee, tea and muffins are available anytime. Afternoon libations are served on the deck or porch, or by the fireside in cooler weather. Your hosts, Joan and Leon Yeaton, welcome you to their home and look forward to sharing their love and enthusiasm for Maine coastal living.

Area Attractions and Activities:

We are located about halfway between Campabello Island in Canada and Acadia National Park in Bar Harbor - with tons of nature in between. Beat the crowds, enjoy the peace of nature.

Room # 4: Called the "llama lloft," it is actually a two room suite, with a queen in the bedroom, private bath, couch in the living room that opens to a full queen, deck overlooking the water, TV, microwave, refrigerator, etc.

Room #1: Queen with a private bath and lots of views of llamas and water.
