A beautiful, 18th century, colonial home 27 miles outside Boston and close to historic Concord. The house has spacious living rooms for guests to enjoy as well as 3 acres of gardens and woodlands. It offers modern luxury in a traditional colonial home.

Bed and Breakfast Accommodations

Our rooms are furnished with antique furniture, original artwork and comfortable King or Queen Beds. We use luxurious 700-count Egyptian cotton bed linens, goose down filled duvets and pillows (alternatives available), oversized, fluffy towels and plentiful Gilchrist & Soames English toiletries. All our rooms are equipped with flat-screen cable TV/DVD players and free WiFi.

A full country breakfast is served each morning at your choice of communal or individual tables. An extensive cold buffet is laid out for you to enjoy while your hot entrée is prepared by owner, Viki Carter.

Complimentary fruit, baked goods, snacks, hot & cold drinks, including wine & beer, are available in the Guests Sitting Room at all times. You can sip wine in the conservatory or take tea in front of the fireplace. We invite you to be our guest and to delight in our idyllic setting.

Stow is a rural New England town convenient to Boston, Concord, Maynard and Sturbridge and is only five miles from Route 495 and Route 2. Guests of Amerscot will delight in all the area has to offer. While you're here, you can visit historic and literary sites, browse select shops of Concord and Boston, golf on any one of four top-flight golf courses, canoe the Assabet or Sudbury Rivers, hike or cross-country ski on local trails, jog or bike in rural settings, pick apples in neighboring orchards, visit Salem, Plimouth Plantation, Sturbridge Village & travel easily to Boston.

Most Popular Rooms:

The Conant Suite: Has a large, bright bedroom with a 4-Poster bed; a lovely sitting room with sofa, coffee maker & desk for working, and a bathroom with a Jacuzzi, separate shower, double sinks and an original fireplace.

The Gibson Room on the first floor, is very spacious, has a king bed, desk for working, two comfortable arm chairs, coffee/beverage maker and two windows overlooking the garden. The new bathroom has twin sinks & a large, walk-in shower.
