This unique 1913 historic Southern Colonial home was ordered from the Sears Roebuck catalogue. Located in the bucolic town of Stanley, 7 miles south of Luray in the Shenandoah River Valley near the famous Luray Caverns and Skyline Drive.

Bed and Breakfast Description

The Milton House Bed and Breakfast is one of 100,000 Sears homes ordered and assembled by the owners. There are many in existence today, two here on Main Street, Stanley attesting to the quality and design of their construction. The Milton House Bed and Breakfast derives its name from the model name in the mail order catalog.

Enjoy one of our antique appointed rooms in the Main House with private bath and fireplace (one with a Jacuzzi tub for two) or spend some romantic time in one of the Log Cabin suites with fireplaces and their own private Jacuzzi type hot tubs.Guests have the option to a full breakfast in the dining room or having breakfast delivered to their door each morning. Guests will be asked at check in for their preference.

Guests are spoiled with Egyptian Cotton sheets, plush robes,hairdryers, T.V/VCR/DVD's, wine glasses and coffee/tea ensuite. Most suites offer a small refrigerator.

They have been created to help guests discover what the Shenandoah Valley, Page County, and the extended area has to offer. Most Popular Rooms:

The luxurious Mount Vernon Suite is located in the main house. This spacious three room suite is appointed with a Queen bed,Jacuzzi tub,a veranda overlooking the front of the home, and gas fireplace.

Woodland Cabin (Lower Level Suite): 650 sq ft luxury suite with queen 4 poster bed, gas log fireplace, lovely seating area, private entrance, private bath, log walls with beam ceiling. Jacuzzi style hot tub for four outside the cabin.
