Beauclaire's is a renowned Victorian style Bed & Breakfast open all year & located in the historic district in Cape May. Just a half block from the beach & two blocks from the center of town.

Bed and Breakfast Accommodations

All of our romantic guestrooms have private baths with A/C and are decorated with period antiques in the Victorian style and tradition of a historic Cape May bed & breakfast.

This beautiful Queen Ann was built in 1879 after the original house was destroyed by fire in 1878. It was maintained as a private summer home and stories concerning those who lived and visited here abound. Many of Cape May's tours state that Wallace Warfield, later to become the Dutchess of Windsor, summered here, but this has not been substantiated.

All published rates are based on double occupancy and include: ocean view rooms, guestrooms with fireplaces, wraparound lemonade porch facing the ocean, full breakfast, afternoon refreshments and snacks, off street parking, beach chairs in the summer, reservation assistance for dining at all Cape May restaurants, queenking size beds, and free Internet access. Complimentary bottle of red or white wine served bedside for stays of 4 nights or longer during summer season or 3 nights or longer during off seasons.

Hayley's Cottage: Enough windows with ocean views to hear the surf or glimpse the horse and carriages as they pass by. A large marble dresser, antique trunk and private bath with original clawfoot tub complete this master bedroom.

Beauclaire's Suite: Very private and decorated in a warm French country style. Customized queen size bed and daybed for extra guest. 24 inch television with a DVD/VCR player and mini-fridge. Bathroom has heated towel rack and upgraded towels.
