Williams, Arizona bed and breakfast: Grand Living B&B

We are the closest B&B to the Grand Canyon, located less than a mile from the Grand Canyon Railroad Depot.

A beautiful two-story log home set on one-acre lot with rock garden, a wrap-around veranda allows you to watch the Grand Canyon train departing and arriving, & enjoy sunrise & sunset while sitting outide on the rocking chairs. King and queen sized beds in the guestrooms with fireplaces, private baths, private entrances.

We offer our place for wedding/reception, small group meetings, family reunions, tea parties, cooking classses and other special events.

We serve full gourmet breakfasts every morning, in the spacious formal dining room with two fireplaces and large picture windows overlooking the beautiful scenery of the Bill Williams mountain.

Are you interested in a historic Grand Canyon train ride excursion, or a river raft tour of the Colorado River or a helicopter ride around the Grand Canyon or take a walk on the Skywalk? Do you have chamber of commerce type questions about rafting, hiking, biking, skiing, golf, dining or lodging in Northern AZ?

Most Popular Rooms:

The Orchid Room: Soft shades of blue, buttery yellow and white lace accentuate this spacious room featuring a sitting area w/cozy fireplace & private entrance leading onto the large covered veranda. Features a two-person jetted tub with shower option.

The Suite, located upstairs, consists of two connecting rooms with a single large bathroom a separate claw-foot tub and a shower. One room has a king-sized bed. The other room has a queen-sized bed and a sofa. There is a small refrigerator, and a sink.

Guests arriving after 6pm, please call ahead at 1-800-210-5908 to notify us with your time of arrival. Guests can also try our cell phone at 612-770-9644. Thanks!


Reservation Notes:

If reservation is cancelled within 10 days of arrival, we will refund the total (less $25.00) if we rent the room. If we do not rent the room, credit towards a future stay will be issued; good for one-year. Non-refundable fee applies to early check-outs. A charge for clean-up and/or fumigating if pets or smoking are brought into the room.
