The Cashtown Inn offers seven guestrooms, an elegant dining room for dinner or group functions; a cozy Tavern room for lunch, drinks and dinner; a porch for sitting and swinging as well as various gardens for strolling.

Hungry travelers have been entertained at the Inn for nearly 200 years, but never has the food been tastier than today. Specialties for lunch include: Cashtown Crab Melt sandwich, large grilled dinner salads, and raspberry tea. Dinner favorites include: Bourbon Walnut Beef Medallions, Pecan Crusted Chicken, Delmonico Steak Peppercorn, Seafood Trilogy and Maryland Crab Cakes.
