Our Inn offers our guests a home away from home, in close proximity to top tourist attractions, government offices, and the central business district. Walk to Children's Hospital & Washington Hospital Center. We have two beautiful cats that live with us.

Bed and Breakfast Description

Tastefully restored in 1999, the Bloomingdale Inn offers nine smartly decorated, affordably priced guestrooms. Each guestroom at the Bloomingdale Inn is unique in its homestyle decor. Guests are welcomed to relax in one of the three lovely sitting areas or on our cozy front porch.

Washington, DC tends to have a long spring and a long fall season. Start your morning at the Bloomingdale Inn with our generous continental-style breakfast served in the kitchen every morning between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m. The usual fare includes seasonal fresh fruit and berries, yogurt, English muffins, bagels, whole grain toast, assorted jams and marmalades, assorted dry and hot cereals, juice, fresh-ground Italian Roast coffee, and tea (including herbal teas).

Chita Rivera: A large room with queen size four poster bed, a firm pillow-top mattress, luxury linens, and a private bath with claw foot soaking tub/shower. The comfortable desk space and generous closet and dresser space complete this urban Eden.
