The Brafferton Inn
Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.
Stone and clapboard inn circa 1786 near the center square of Gettysburg. The rooms have stenciled designs and antiques. The Brafferton Inn is a special place, filled with a wonderful mix of history, culture and art.
Bed and Breakfast Description

Walk to battlefield and restaurants. Children over 10 welcome in some rooms. All of our rooms have antiques, great art work, and their own private baths (some attached, some across a hall). Each has its own character, and no two are decorated alike.
The inns history reflects over 200 years of changes, but you can still feel the old-fashioned charm and warmth that makes this house our home. The house retains the original style and character of the period when it was built.
With the brand new addition of the rooms at the Lane Studio building, the Brafferton now includes three historic buildings on York Street which were owned by the Codori family. The Innkeepers at the Brafferton are pleased to be able to offer their guests these newly redecorated rooms. They're a bit more Victorian in feel than other rooms at the Brafferton, and just a few steps away through a beautiful burgundy beveled glass door.
A wide range of interests and pursuits brings visitors just like you to Gettysburg, although many share a common desire to understand more about our nation's history. The Brafferton Inn is a special place, filled with a wonderful mix of history, culture, and art. The atmosphere of this wonderful old home will add to your enjoyment in visiting historic Gettysburg. The sitting room at the Brafferton Inn is now a showplace for original art by master historical artist Keith Rocco.
