Bed and Breakfast Description

Welcome to our beautiful world! We will start your day with a full lavish breakfast served around the beautiful oak table in the dining room, featuring fresh homemade sweet muffin breads, butter crescents, blueberry muffins and warm baked pastries. Breakfast begins with a fresh fruit bowl and continues on with an entree of a very special spinach-mushroom quiche, pecan waffles, french toast, or a baked egg dish. Bacon or sausage also served. Fresh brewed coffee, teas and orange juice are available.

Ambiance Inn is a place for all seasons and you can plan your day's activities in the New Orleans Library, which is adjacent to all three guests rooms on the second floor. Numerous books and magazines are available for your pleasure as well as an elegant writing desk. The very popular library offers an additional area to each guest to enhance their stay with us. All rooms feature queen-size beds, sitting area, private bathrooms, terrycloth robes, Wireless Internet, & Air Conditioning

Year-round activities are numerous in the area. Aspen and Snowmass are 30 minutes from our door, and Vail is just 90 minutes away.

Area Attractions and Activities:

There are many activities available to you with the Ambiance Inn as your starting point. Majestic Mount Sopris dominates the valley and the town of Carbondale. There are nearby restaurants and quaint shops. Aspen ski resort (shown above), Glenwood Hot Springs Pool, Yampah Vapor Caves, gold medal fishing, hiking, rafting, jeeping, biking, golf and horseback riding are just minutes away!

It is only a half hour to Aspen Mountain, Snowmass, Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Ski Sunlight for world class downhill skiing and 10 minutes to cross country skiing. Carbondale is located in the heart of the Crystal River Valley and is the gateway to the West Elk Loop scenic and historical byway. Aspen is 30 miles east and Glenwood Springs is 12 miles North

Reservation Notes:

Payment for the first nights stay be made with the reservation. On holiday weekends we may request payment in full. In event of cancellation, deposit will be refunded if the Ambiance Inn is notified more than 25 days before arrival. Should notification be made less than 25 days before arrival all payment will be forfeited. (unless the space can be re-rented.) $25.00 handling fee per room on all cancellations. Guest is responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of guest's actual arrival or departure date.
