Bed and Breakfast Accommodations

We offer a charming historic B&B located downtown with guest rooms in the Main House, a separate Carriage House, a Town House with two large suites (including kitchens) plus two Vacation Rental Houses (beautifully furnished with antiques and fully equipped), one in town & one out in the countryside.

At the B&B, we have several gardens, including a courtyard with a large water garden, AC, cable TV, free wireless, guest refrigerator & microwave, snack room.

We are known for our multi-course gourmet breakfasts. Special requests welcomed. Snacks are available all the time.

We want this to be your best B&B experience ever. After a restful night on a luxurious down featherbed, a delicious breakfast will be the right start to a good day. Little extravagances include a basket of bathroom extras, candies & chocolates, and fresh flowers or plants.

The free trolley stops just outside our door and takes you all around downtown and over to the park -- and you can walk to everything downtown including all the downtown restaurants, the Shakespeare theater, 8 art galleries, many antique shops, and other special shops.

We have several Special Occasion Packages as well as Elopement/Wedding Packages.

We have a lot of options for you with rooms in the Main House, 3 very large suites (2 with kitchens), and also 2 Vacation Rental Houses. We can accommodate up to 39 guests.

Area Attractions and Activities:

Enjoy the productions at The American Shakespeare Center at The Blackfriars Theater. You experience Shakespeare's plays as audiences did 4 centuries ago. This theater is the world's only re-creation of Shakespeare's prized indoor theater. We have Special Packages available.

The Skyline Drive & Blue Ridge Parkway are within a thirty-minute drive from Staunton. There are good hiking trails and you can enjoy a picnic from beautiful scenic spots on the Drive.

Downtown Staunton is becoming known not only for the performing arts but also the visual arts. Enjoy the "Art Walk" in downtown Staunton. There are 8 art galleries, 2 movie theaters, live theater, on-going art exhibitions, and even live glass blowing -- all downtown, within walking distance from our B&B.

Carriage House: award-winning renovation. Suite consists of two floors--a living room, exposed beams, & open staircase (with a balcony) to the second floor king-sized bedroom + an additional sitting area overlooking the gardens. Pet facility avail. also!!

Enchanted Cottage Room (large & sunny): Antique queen brass bed with luxurious down featherbed, conversation area in front of frpl, a table for 2 at the window overlooking downtown Staunton, and of course a private bath (tub/shower). Cable TV, AC, etc.
