A full breakfast is served daily at your convenience. All guests choose from dining in the formal dining room, one of the open porches at the Inn or garden gazebo. Cottage guests also have the option to have breakfast delivered to their door.
The three-story French Second Empire Inn is decorated in period furnishings and offers five bedchambers. Each room has a gas fireplace and a private bath with a claw foot tub. The Inn's unique architecture is the only example of its kind in the City of Gainesville, Fla., and one of the only examples in the entire Southeastern United States.
With nearly 2 acres of land, the lush tropical gardens surrounding the Inn and Cottages feature brick walking paths, Charleston-style courtyards, fountains, ponds and waterfalls.

Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, Dudley Farm Historic State Park demonstrates the evolution of Florida farming from the 1850s to the mid-1940s-through three generations of the Dudley family. An authentic working farm, the homestead consists of eighteen buildings, including the family farmhouse with original furnishings, an 1880s kitchen outbuilding, a general store, and more!

The Carriage House: 2nd floor wraparound porch with a porch swing the size of a twin bed, kitchen, Jacuzzi, fireplaces in bedroom & in bathroom. This historic, private house is decorated in Renaissance Revival furniture.
The Garden House: Each area includes two guestrooms, a sitting room with TV and DVD, a private telephone line, a sunroom overlooking the courtyard garden, a full kitchen and a bath with a Jacuzzi tub.
