 We offer every guest an American style breakfast in a diner around the corner. 1291 is located on 55th Street between 8th and 9th Avenue – just walking distance to Times Square and Central Park – right in the Heart of Manhattan! With bookings for any kind of private room you will have breakfast (self service inhouse or full American style offsite) included. We also provide for all of our guests: lounge with big screen TV, backyard – and the possibility to use the laundry and the kitchen… All prices include bedsheets and towels! Every room also gets a cellphone during their stay. With it, you can make nationwide calls and receive international calls for free. ROOM DESCRIPTIONS: Private rooms: Each room is equipped with small fridge, sink and closet – the hall bathroom is shared. ·Basic: double or queen size bed ·Top: double or queen size bed + TV Studio/Suite/Duplex: These are an alternative to a hotel room, equipped with a private bathroom and kitchen. They can fit anywhere from 4 to 8 people depending on the room. All including a king or a queen size bed and a pullout couch, some also include one or two bunk beds. It's like living like a real New Yorker. Check ins after 12 am (midnight) have to pay a surcharge: ·12 am to 1 am: US $20.00 ·1 am to 8 am: US $40.00 Payments only accepted in cash or traveler checks – NO cards accepted. Area Attractions and Activities: Nightlife at Times Square, relax in Central Park, sightseeing tours in the Big Apple, shopping on 5th Avenue, clubs and bars all over Manhattan.
