From the first wonderful scent, Magnolia Hall charms and soothes the weary traveler. The beckoning wrap-around porch, with its cushioned rockers and wicker swing, is surround by luscious smelling magnolias, old fashioned, four-o'clocks, and sweet tea olives. You might hear the "clink" of horseshoes coming from the back lawn and wander around to the terrace to watch the match...

Magnolia Hall Bed and Breakfast is the girlhood home of Beth Walton Callaway and is located behind the Harris County Courthouse in Hamilton, Georgia, where (according to one prominent resident) "Heaven is just a local call."

Beautiful Callaway Gardens is 5 minutes away in Pine Mountain. Historical Warm Springs with FDR's Little White House is a scenic 20-minute drive through Roosevelt State Park. Looking up at the lovely Pine Mountain ridge, it's hard to believe that Atlanta's Hartsfield Airport is just 75 minutes to the north and Columbus/Fort Benning is 40 minutes to the south.

A snack basket brimming with Dale's home baked goods greets you in your room along with wine or soft drinks. Guests are treated to a sumptuous, full breakfast each morning - china, crystal, and silver are the order of the day. Carrie's Corner: This very private corner room is furnished with Carrie's things (Carrie was born in 1865) and her pictures. It boasts a tall walnut bed and private bath. A sofa, rocker and TV make it almost a small suite. A comfortable retreat!

The Green Room: A lovely room with lace curtains, a carved walnut bed, a family quilt, two comfortable chairs for reading, our angel collection, and the bath has double sinks and a shower with a built-in seat. A television, video player and books.
