The Settlers Inn at Bingham Park
Hawley, Pennsylvania.
Country inn of Craftsman style architecture in the Poconos, by Lake Wallenpaupack. Chef owned restaurant with wine spectator award, outdoor dining, extensive gardens, gift shop. Weddings a specialty.
Bed and Breakfast Accommodations

The artisan quality of The Settlers Inn is apparent throughout the inn, from the chestnut woodworking to the carefully chosen Bradbury and Bradbury wallpaper to the extensive gardens that surround the inn.
The farm to table restaurant is the cornerstone of the property, with menus that feature the organic produce of nearby farms, free range meats, and fish from local hatcheries - all prepared with care by award winning chef, Peter Durand. Wine is an integral part of the dining experience and the restaurant is the recipient of a Wine Spectator award of excellence.
The inn's back yard sits on the banks of the Lackawaxen River. There, one can find a peaceful spot for reading, a path to wander the old canal trail or a stroll through one of the inn's beautiful gardens. The Potting Shed, a quaint cottage that houses the gift shop, is found nestled in the garden.
