Bed and Breakfast Description

This is a good haven for families that want to get away from the chaos of the city and enjoy the peaceful surroundings that northeastern Pennsylvania has to offer. The Inn has a pleasant and informal atmosphere that guests can enjoy while also enjoying the tranquility of the lake that is outside the Inn's front door.

Guests will feel welcomed in this 1909 Inn. Accommodations are inviting and decorated with warmth - no air-conditioning, cell service or TV's in the rooms to interfere with the peaceful surroundings.

Enjoy a complete breakfast included in room rates. Visitors can also enjoy lunch and dinner for an extra charge in the lakeside dining room. While staying at the Inn and accompanied by a family member dining from the adult menu children age 12 or under may select a complimentary meal from the children's menu. Limit 2 children per dining family.

Our award winning pastry chef, Mary Reyes, bakes all of the bread, pastries, pies and cakes served at the Inn.

Guests can watch the world go by from the front porch looking at the lake, enjoy a game of table tennis or pool in the game room, enjoy a cocktail or selection of wines in the Stovepipe bar or relax, read, listen to music or watch television in the sunroom. Sit by the fireplace, play tennis on the Inn's court, swim, fish, canoe on the lake or head out on the trails by foot or in winter cross country ski or snow shoe. Experience year round hospitality.
