Bed and Breakfast Description

Our Guesthouse at 184 Bradford Street is situated at one of the highest elevations within Provincetown and offers spectacular, panoramic views of Provincetown Harbor and Cape Cod Bay.

Travelers to Provincetown can find accommodations at our Guesthouse to match any budget. We have the right options whether one is seeking very affordable rates with our double rooms with shared bath, or looking for that special two-bedroom suite. Guesthouse rooms feature air conditioning, refrigerators, coffee makers, cable TV, and DVD Players and some offer fireplaces. Guests can take advantage of our DVD library, WiFi Wireless High Speed Internet, bicycles, hot tub, home gym, private beach, and guest laundry facilities. One parking space is available per room and complimentary champagne awaits you upon arrival.

Our expanded continental breakfast, including delicious home made baked goods, is available each morning and is included in our rates. Smoking is only allowed in outside areas of the Guesthouse and is not allowed in any area inside including guest rooms.

Our Beach Club at 425 Commercial Street offers luxury beachfront apartments for those seeking private, fully equipped accommodations with private decks and sweeping beach and bay views. The Beach Club consists of a three story building with one apartment per floor and a stand-alone cottage. Beach Club guests can take advantage of our DVD library; WiFi Wireless High Speed Internet, bicycles, hot tub, home gym, private beach.

Area Attractions and Activities:

Transcending Time and Space
The Pilgrim Monument and Provincetown Museum is open through November. Provincetown's rich history is illustrated by the museum's many exhibits and the monument's proud ascent.

Lighthouses at Cape's End
Provincetown has three lighthouses, each worthy of a visit. They were all built some time in the 1800's and continue to be used as navigational aids today.

Walk to Land's End
Take a lovely amble across Provincetown's Harbor to the end of the Cape Cod land spiral on the breakwater in the west end.

Art's Dune Tours Turns 60
Art's Dune Tours has been leading tours of the Province Lands' Dunes since 1946. Although the 1936 Ford Woody it started with has been replaced by a fleet of Suburbans, Art's Dune Tours remains family-owned and operated.

A Whale of a Watch
Humpback whales, finback whales, and Atlantic white-sided dolphins are regularly seen on whale watch tours that depart from Provincetown.
