Hotel Restaurant Santa Fe
Coin, Spain.
Santa Fe is one of Andalusia’s hidden gems; a boutique hotel and restaurant set in a magical restored nineteenth century finial, conveniently situated on the outskirts of the town of Coin.
Bed and Breakfast Description

The beautiful grounds where figs, oranges, lemons, grapes and herbs grow in abundance provide an oasis of calm and tranquility.
Personal touches and attention to detail are provided by the young Dutch owners, hoteliers and restaurateurs Marije and Jaap.
There are three beautifully appointed bedroom suites, all with stunning views of the surroundings. Guests can enjoy contemporary home cooked meals in one of the inside dining rooms or dine al fresco on a fragrant garden terrace next to the shimmering waters of the hotel’s private pool, or under the shade of a 900 year old olive tree.
The restaurant of Santa Fe, under the patrician care of creative chef Jaap Schaafsma, combines the traditional French kitchen with lighter Mediterranean touches, including freshly grown herbs from the garden. Utilizing years of classical training and experience in high quality restaurants, Jaap insists on using fresh ingredients, many locally sourced and the contemporary a la carte menu is constantly evolving and adjusted according to season.
This innovative menu includes several vegetarian dishes and is complemented by a well balanced and interesting wine list, including quality Spanish, French, Portuguese and Moroccan choices.
This small, personal hotel is the perfect venue for a romantic weekend break, a reunion of friends or family, or simply for indulging in the Santa Fe experience of warm hospitality, wonderful food and wines, and exquisite Andalusian settings.
