A double bedroom and a romantic attic are available, each one with private en suite bathroom and some family heirloom furniture. Both rooms have centralized air conditioning. The rooms, with a suggestive view over the old town, are very quiet and romantic.

The attic has access to a wooden terrace built on the roof called "altana", with a spectacular view of Venice. Kettle and cups are available in the room for a nice tea or coffee break.

Special care is reserved for breakfast: set in the living room with a wonderful view over Rio di Noale, facing Ca' Pesaro, our buffet includes tea, coffee, milk, freshly made orange juice or fruits (depending on the season), yogurt, different kinds of bread, cereals, croissants, butter and marmalade.
