Sesto Fiorentino, bed and breakfast: B&B Casavaliversi
With love for and attention to, every detail, Mirella has created a harmonious ambiance and welcoming charm both indoors and out.

B&B Casavaliversi's furnishings are tasteful and eclectic. The four double rooms and one apartment all have private baths. Additional amenities included in the room rate are the use of a panoramic dining room with a fireplace, satellite TV, Internet connection in each room and of course a hearty breakfast.

Located in the hillsides of Sesto Fiorentino, known as Colonnata, 8km north-west of Florence, B&B Casavaliversi strategically offers its clients both the proximity of downtown Florence and the tranquility of the Tuscan Country side.

B&B Casavaliversi is not only 3 km from the Florence Airport but it is also only 1 km from the main turnpike, the "Autostrada del Sole".

Area Attractions and Activities:
B&B Casavaliversi is surrounded by olive groves and haphazard cultivated fields typical of the Tuscan countryside. Located in the foothills of Monte Morello a protected National Territorial Park (947M), is ideal for leisurely walks or more ambitious hiking.

The terrain from the foothills elevates into wooded areas of oaks and cypress trees where animals such as squirrels, deer, wild boars, and several species of multi-colored, chirping birds make their homes.

The CAI or Italian Alpine Club, has designated several numbered hiking trails of various times and degrees of difficulty for trekking of mountain biking. Along these paths you can find shelters and small botteghe for light meals, refreshments, and of course incredible views.

For lovers of archeology, Sesto Fiorentino boasts two important Etruscan toombs: La Mula and la Montagnola dating back to the 7th Century B.C.

Our area also boasts the most important centers for Porcelain in Europe thanks to Carlo Ginori (1737).
