Bed and Breakfast Description

The neighborhood is a nice place to take an evening stroll, or head to the park for a power walk, with easy access to hail a taxi (just a 1/2 block away) and within walking distance to supermarkets, restaurants, a pharmacy, 24 hour clinic, laundry, and more.

The Loft is a hotel style, 2nd floor studio apartment with mini kitchenette (microwave & mini-fridge)and a large bath.

Both units have private entrances, all linens and towels, dishes and kitchen equipment, cable TV, wireless Internet access, air conditioning, weekly maid service, pre-pay cell phone, in-room document safe, iron & board, hair dryer, common courtyard, off street parking and close to all necessities.

The Villa offers two main level bedrooms with attached baths, comfortable bed's, A/C, fans and ample closet space. The 3rd bedroom, located up a very "Panama" stair case, has vaulted ceilings, A/C, fans and ample space.

We are happy to be able to offer pet friendly accommodations at no extra charge. Our apartments are mostly pet proof however, we ask that you keep an eye on your pet and be sure to clean up after it if need be.

We are located in the heart of Panama City, Republic of Panama, in the historic neighborhood of La Cresta, nestled on a quiet hill behind the beautiful church “Iglesa del Carmen”.

There is easy access to Via Espana one of the cities main arteries and we are just a few blocks from Avenida Balboa, the main avenue that runs along the Bay of Panama on the Pacific. From our location, you can walk (or taxi) to shops, restaurants, businesses and casino’s.

Panama is a beautiful, warm wonderland with interesting culture and breathtaking vistas, however, Panama has its issues also. Some examples: some beaches are nice and clean most are not; you have to drive through some bad areas to get to some good ones - both in the city and in the interior; city sidewalks can be crooked, broken, or used as parking lots; Panama still uses drag nets for fishing... and so on.

The Villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bath's, a fully equipped kitchen, office, large living and dining rooms, laundry. With 2 queen beds and 2 twins, and sleeps 6, the Villa can be can be rented weekly at $750, or monthly at $2000.

With a Queen Bed, and sleeps 2, the Loft rents for $125 nightly (2 night min.), $650 weekly, or $1,650 monthly.
