Villa Anna Maria is a part of the complex of eighteenth-century villas located in the hills between Pisa and Lucca. The climate, particularly mild in this area, allowed the settlement of various country villas inhabited by noble aristocracy.

Bed and Breakfast Description

The Villa, divided into three floors, has been recently restored recovering the original Frescos and Paintings.

The Villa is immersed in a closed park, where various botanical species live, many varieties of arbores exemplifying the garden are more than 250 years old such as the Camelias, Magnolias, Cedars of Lebanon, Oaks, Palmas, and Mimosas.

Inside the park there is a large garden including a swimming pool, and there are also paths throughout the woods, and a Belvedere.

The climate, particularly mild in this area, allowed the settlement of various country villas inhabited by aristocracy of Lucca and Pisa.

A billiard room, cards, parlor, dominoes, chess, and draught games are at guest disposal. There is a library including vidoes with more than 3000 movies. Each room has a TV and a VCR.

A large swimming pool (16 x 8 metric) is fully immersed in a lawn behind the house. The black bottom makes it like an eighteen-century fish pond and lets heat store of water which is lukewarm also during in the night.
