Bed and Breakfast Description

Our home is one of the few remaining houses, in Panama City, from the colonial times. It was built by an Italian Florentine architect in 1940. The government has recently passed a law in which the neighborhood of Bella Vista has been declared “historical inheritance” to preserve colonial houses and apartments thus prohibiting the construction of modern buildings which would indeed destroy its artistic and historic personality.

Arcos de Bella Vista offers a spacious 2 bedroom suite with En Suite private bathroom interconnecting both rooms, in a residential and exclusive green area in the heart of Panama city, called Bella Vista.

Bella Vista is a quaint, bohemian-esque barrio of the city, a gracious area of Art Deco mansions, built by European architects who fled between the World War, for the elites that grew up in the 1920s along the bay.

Arcos de Bella Vista revives the discreet elegance and intimate ambiance of a historic mansion, accented by neo-classical ironwork.

The Tamborito and other traditional dances, featuring women and men in their traditional dresses are available. Panama’s unlimited diversified non-stop night life with concerts, night clubs, casinos, live music, cultural events, movie theaters, cabarets and other attractions will keep you busy.

Due to our intimate size any cancellation affects us significantly. Total refund only with a minimum notice of 1 month before arrival. 50% refund with a notice of up to 3 weeks before arrival. 20% refund with a notice from 3 weeks up to 2 weeks before arrival. No refund can be applied if you cancel 2 weeks prior the date of your arrival. (No refund for cancellation of days which are a portion of your stay) Bank expenses will be retained along with US$20 for handling fees.
