Bed and Breakfast Description

Our regular guests are drawn back by the individual atmosphere and the personal attention we pay to our guests. We even provide you with bicycles for exploring the beautiful surroundings and nearby attractions.

We can book the Sound of Music tour or other tours or concerts for you. Tickets are available here and tour buses pick up every morning at the front door.

We will be glad to help you make reservations for the Fortress and chamber music concerts, theatre and marionette performances, horse-drawn carriage rides through our village as well as for the many guided tours to the attractions in Salzburg and the surrounding countryside.

Our hotel has an elevator, no steps in the basement, so it is just perfect for handicapped persons.
We have our own free parking spaces so that you can enjoy your peaceful and relaxing stay in Salzburg to the fullest.

You can round off each day of your holiday with a glass of wine on the patio in our peacefully situated garden.

We serve breakfast but for lunch and dinner there are many restaurants near by (approx 3 minutes walking distance)

The bus number 25 goes from Groedig to the historic city of Salzburg (also to Salzburg's railway station - Hauptbahnhof Salzburg) and back every 20 minutes (it is a 30 minute ride - price is 2.- Euro). The last leaves Salzburg at 23:00. The nearest bus stop is only 2 minutes on foot from the hotel. By taxi Salzburg is a 15 minute ride away and the cost is 14.- Euro for a taxi.
