Broadeaves gracious home is located in the center of the garden circle of Waikanae, on the scenic Kapiti Coast. Only 50 minutes from the hustle & bustle of Wellington.

Enjoy the outdoor heated pool or choose a DVD from the vast collection to enjoy in your room. Soak in the private spa, play petanque, or just relax in the park-like grounds with a book.

In the summer enjoy breakfast Al Fresco on the veranda, in the dining room, or beside the pool. Every morning breakfast is served including, freshly baked muffins or pastries, juices, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt and a selection of teas and coffee. The Chef's Special changes daily and might be a choice of eggs Benedict, pancakes, french toast or cheese tarts.

The Magnolia Room has a view of the gardens from every window. With a bed fit for Kings & Queens, you'll quickly unwind and settle into vacation mode. French doors open onto a private garden area with a spa pool. The room includes a large en suite with his and hers basins and a walk-in closet. Special extras will add to your enjoyment, as well as a private entry.

The Magnolia Room is situated in the separate guest wing with ensuite, walk in robe and private spa on own courtyard. Adjacent is the Garden Room it is perfect for families traveling with children, or couples traveling together.
