Bed and Breakfast Description

Dyers House has been extensively renovated to give you the feeling that our home is your home. As our guest you will have full use of the house. There are 3 queen-sized bedrooms with en-suite baths and radiant floor heating for your added comfort.

Breakfast is served in the dining room overlooking the city or in the kitchen conservatory.

The center of the city is about 10 minutes away by car and 20 minutes by public transport. As a courtesy we can meet you and return you to the airport or railway if you wish. We are very easy to find. Dyers Pass Road comes directly off the hill end of Colombo Street, which is the main central street in Christchurch.

About Us:

Angela has many years in the hospitality industry. She was a flight attendant with British Airways and has been NZ Sales and Gust Relations Manager for the Noahs Group of Hotels. More recently she has been working with top executives and parliamentary personal promoting air charter operations and is a co-owner of an airplane.

She has two daughters, one an airline pilot in England and the other a primary school teacher.

For nearly twenty years Barry worked in the pharmaceutical industry before migrating to New Zealand, living and working in many countries along the way. He is a partner in a major tertiary training college where he enjoys working with students learning multimedia.

Two cats named Lily and Joe, along with Joshua, our large black Labrador, complete the household.
