Bed and Breakfast Description

Set right in the middle of an historic neighborhood, the house is just 5 to 10 minutes walking from all of Granada's attractions. So close to everything but so well hidden it is a place where art lovers and independent travelers can relax in peaceful comfort. Each apartment has a private kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. The apartments surround an interior patio and share a rooftop terrace.

The rooftop terrace is a lovely place to sit and relax and soak up the peace and quiet, while enjoying the spectacular views of the Alhambra. The plants and patio art make the interior patio a popular place during the heat of summer.

El 8 is a unique accommodation run by a fellow traveler that is constantly making it a more comfortable place to stay because beyond being an Inn, it is also his home. Area Attractions and Activities:

The historic area is designated for walking only, and is a wonderful place to wander and enjoy the sights. The Moorish palace, the Alhambra of Granada, is just across the valley. Then there are all the famous sites of Granada. The house is tucked nicely in an area close to the different worlds of Granada: the traditional moorish neighborhood, the Christian city below, the endless tapas bars and restaurants, as well as the mountains that surround us.

Most Popular Rooms:

Apartment #2 is the most spacious and is upstairs close to the rooftop terrace where you go for views of the Alhambra. The ceiling is made of traditional wood beams: old brick pillars and a sky light window are located in the master bedroom.

Apartment #3 is uniquely decorated in Arabic style and is downstairs adjacent to the interior patio. It offers two single beds and a futon in the living room that will accommodate two extra people.
