Our B&B in Rome is situated in the Tuscolana Cinecittà Area, near the public garden “Acquedotti Park” (“Parco degli Acquedotti”), surrounded by greenery and near the ruins of the Ancient Roman Aqueducts.

You can take advantage of the B&B system with an overnight stay and breakfast in an atmosphere of originality and friendship! We offer you a pleasant, comfortable and tidy surrounding where you can relax. Comfort, quiet and hospitality are our main objectives.

Close to the underground station, you can reach downtown in less than 15 minutes and visit all the most interesting places of Rome like the Colosseum, Venice Square, The Forum, Saint Peter’s and Spanish Square. Travel from the northern part of Rome to the southern part in an easy and comfortable way.

What is the main advantage of our setting? It’s easy! Stay in a fashionable and quiet district of Rome and at the same time be very close to the city center.

We are also close to the G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare) and not far from beautiful Roman Castles in small villages like Frascati, Genzano, Gandolfo Castle and Ariccia (a very famous place for its specialty: “la porchetta”, roasted pork made on the spit).

Our B&B is on a very quiet street parallel to Tuscolana Road, a commercial road with many different and affordable shops: supermarkets, cinemas, clothes shops, jewelery boutiques and so on. Tuscolana Road is a perfect place for shopping!

Cinecittà Square is nearby, a huge terminal for different buses and an enormous commercial center called “Cinecittà Due” is right in front of the Film Studios.

Most Popular Rooms:

You can try the “Holiday Room” or “My Dream Room”, full of comforts, luminous, spacious and pleasant. These two rooms share the bathroom in the corridor. The bathroom is for private use of our guests occupying those rooms.

Our rooms are double rooms with a double bed or with two single beds and have been set up in an original and fanciful way.

Room Prices The prices includes your choice of either a continental breakfast or an American Breakfast. For a stay of 7 days or more you have a reduction of 10% on the total amount, (except for high season) Children (0-5 year-old) overnight stay and breakfast is completely free. For children from 6 year and over same fee as an adult. If you make a reservation in our B&B you can have special treatment at the"Insalata Ricca": Restaurant: 15% discount on every drink and a complete meal (first and second course, vegetables and a drink) at 15 Euro. Making a Reservation -------------------- To have a confirmation on your reservation not only you need to fill in the form that you can have on-line or by a phone call, but you also need to anticipate: • The payment of the night (if you are staying 1 night) • 50% of two nights (if you are staying 2 nights) • 30% of the total amount (if you are staying 3 nights or more). The payment could be made through: • VISA/MASTER CARD/CARTA SI’: you can give us your credit card number by phone, by fax or by e.mail and we will return you, by fax, the credit card receipt of the total amount agreed with you, togheter with the VOUCHER of your reservation. • BANK TRANSFER : you need to fax us (fax n°06/76985854) within 12 hours from your request of reservation a copy of the transfer receipt. • POST OFFICE ACCOUNT FORM : you need to fax us (fax n°06/76985854) within 12 hours from your request of reservation a copy of the form receipt. WHATEVER WILL BE YOUR WAY OF PAYMENT (CREDIT CARD/BANK TRANSFER/POST OFFICE ACCOUNT FORM) WE WILL SEND YOU BACK, BY FAX OR BY E.MAIL, A VOUCHER WITH ALL THE DETAILS OF YOUR RESERVATION AND AS A CONFIRMATION OF IT. You need to pay in full the total amount at your arrival as soon as you receive the keys of the room. We also remind you : That if you need to cancel the reservation within the 12 hours of your booking we will return you the 30% of the amount you have anticipated. That if you need to cancel the reservation after 12 hours of your reservation we should keep the total amount you have anticipated. In addition to that, after the issue of our VOUCHER you have to follow these contractual points: IN OUR B&B IS NOT ALLOWED TO RECEIVE OTHER GUESTS, OTHER THAN THE ONES REGISTERED YOU HAVE TO CHECK-IN BETWEEN 11:30 a.m. and 19:00 p.m. (if you need to have a late check-in, no more than 2 hours, you pay a fee of 30% more) After 2 hours of delay your reservation will be automatically cancelled and the owner can keep the total amount you have anticipated. Therefore it’s important you give us a precise schedule on your arrival! THE DEPARTURE DAY YOU NEED TO LEAVE THE ROOMS WITHIN 10:00 a.m. TO GIVE US THE POSSIBILITY TO CLEAN THE ROOMS, IF YOU NEED TO STAY MORE THAN THAT TIME (NO MORE THAN 15:30 p.m.) YOU NEED TO PAY A “LATE CHECK-OUT” OF 50% MORE OF THE DAILY FEE.
