Mistongos offers a special catering menu which includes a main dish selection of chicken, salmon or beef. Mistongos will provide catering for La Casa Encantada upon request to groups from 6 - 32 guests. At La Casa Encantada there is ample space for small to medium sized groups.

Patzcuaro is the jewel of the colonial cities. It is small and friendly. La Casa Encantada is located in the heart of Patzcuaro, just one-half block away from the main plaza (Plaza Grande) or Plaza Don Vasco de Quiroga.

Founded long before the Spanish conquest by the Purepecha Indians, Patzcuaro was established as the religious center where the temples were constructed, for that reason its name means in the Purepecha language "doorway to heaven".

The colorful world of folk art, the folklore, the celebrations, the religious traditions and the delightful flavors of its cuisine are some of the marvels awaiting the traveler. Patzcuaro is also the gateway to the lake area with its many attractions to discover and enjoy.
