Huatulco B&B is luxuriously appointed and is a Mexican Cantera Fountain Courtyard Style Home. There are three spacious Master Suites upstairs that have all the amenities of a modern American home.

Bed and Breakfast Description

All the decor and hand made esthetics that gives this home its true Southern Mexico Oaxacan Flavor and Atmosphere. The entire B&B is equipped with zone-controlled air-conditioning, bedrooms, dining and living room areas. The Grand Aztec Sun Floor made of polished natural Huatulco River Stone is the highlight of the living and dining areas.

The concept of the Huatulco B&B is to provide accommodations that are significantly more affordable, private and tranquil in a Home in a Mexican neighborhood. Huatulco B&B is for the traveler that wants to know something of what it is like to live life in a southern Mexico pueblo when they return home.

The children playing, the street fiestas and celebrations, coffee de olla and sweet bread in the evenings on the patio watching the sunset and the calmness of night settling in. The chimes-bells-whistles of the street vendors delivering their fruits-ice creams-fried bananas-tamales-tortillas-sweet potatoes-fresh fish and the other services to the neighborhood, the life of the pueblo Huatulco. Our pricing allows guests to spend more on seeing and experiencing Huatulco. All without sacrificing any of the comfort levels you desire while in your home away from home.

The Huatulco B&B is conveniently situated in a quiet Residential/Family Street. It is a secure, safe, middle class neighborhood in the primary resort village of Chahue/La Crucecita.

Just three blocks from downtown La Crucecita, which has the largest selection of shopping stores, hotels, tour and rental headquarters, restaurants and nightclubs. Virtually 75% of all this resort has to offer is found in La Crucecita.

Four blocks from the Pacific Ocean/Chahue Bay, the new Private Chahue Marina, Xquenda Spa, Castillo Beach Club and all are available for your use.

Pets are not allowed. Kitchen privileges are not included. Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Yearly Rentals are available. The Huatulco Bed And Breakfast is a six bedroom, 8-bathroom home. The upstairs is three bedrooms all with full bathrooms with a half bath in the living/dining room area. The downstairs is laid out the same. Both Upstairs and Downstairs have there own separate Entrance’s with one private secure auto-parking spot available for each. The long-term rentals are As “Individual Three Bedroom - 3 ˝ bath Homes” complete with all linens, cookware, appliances, dishes, air-conditioned, furnished -- all that one needs to live very comfortably. This “Complete Home Rental” is offered only to "very discerning people" and pricing will depend on length of stay and seasonal time of year desired.
