Number One House Boutique B&B and Apartment is a beautiful old villa with it's own beach, yet only 8 minutes from Auckland city centre by harbor ferry or car. There are wonderful views of the Harbor and the city lights at night.

Bed and Breakfast Description

An 'exclusive' homestay – with a 6 person capacity allowing for unique, personal service and accommodations. In the main house there are two bedrooms, the White Room and the Green Room both rooms are beautifully appointed with fine linens, bright decor and the added pleasure of views across the harbour.

A delicious cooked or continental meal is served each morning by your host who is known in Auckland for her superb breakfasts.

The Apartment includes a double bedroom, and in the lounge a queen size sofa bed, there is also a soft couch for extra sleeping - sleeps 5 adults or 2 parents with four children.

Enjoy the private courtyard with outdoor seating around a marble table. There is a Hobbit House in the garden - where Monarch Butterflies are bred for their beauty and fun. It's beautiful- facing the lights of Auckland City across the harbour, this self contained apartment is on the water's edge.

All the basics for continental breakfasts at no extra cost (tea, coffee, jams and spreads, bread, milk, cereals, butter etc. A laundry service is available for a small charge to assure guests a relaxing stay.

The Green Room features a queen-size, four-poster bed, overlooking Auckland Harbour. This large room has period Kauri furniture, model yachts, plush carpet - and a special ambience. It is very romantic.
