This comfortable small hotel is owned and operated by a Canadian family that has been on the island for more than 12 years.

Cable TV, fridge, A/C, private outside entrances, complimentary bicycles, wave boards, BBQ, scuba rinse area, on site laundry, also available phone, fax and email.

Full kitchen facilities located next to the large swimming pool under a thatched roof.

Please know also that the whole premise is available for a weekly low season rate of $3000 per week, or $4000 during high season. We have three single fold out beds for children or a third person.

Condo offers 3 balconies. View of pool. Roof terrace has views of the mainland and all of Cozumel. Sleeps up to 7 persons US$1,500 a week.

4 first floor units have small garden area. Table and chairs and hammock to rest in the shade.
