Luxury adult retreat in the majestic Dandenong Ranges where you can indulge yourself or the one you love with a sauna and spa/hot tub experience whilst staying in comfortable accommodation.

Choose from one of three beautifully appointed queen rooms, all with private en-suites (one with spa).

Close to all the Dandenong Ranges/Olinda Tourist attractions and situated at the gateway to the Yarra Valley. Visit some of the beautiful gardens open to the public in the Dandenong Ranges. These unique gardens have breathtaking views, and are a delight in all seasons.

Complimentary transport to and from local restaurant/function venues. Outside solar heated pool in a pleasant garden setting. BBQ facilities available.

Holly Gate House has a no smoking indoor policy, however there are outside smoking areas provided.

William Ricketts Sanctuary, Healesville Sanctuary and Puffing Billy just to name a few.

Indulge yourself with fine food and wine amongst the wide variety of local Restaurants and Cafes. All within a short driving distance from Kalorama. The Dandenong Ranges is the gateway to the Yarra Valley.

Most Popular Rooms:

The Willow room is a large luxury room with queen-sized bed,decorated in a provincial style. It has filtered views of the Sylvan Reservoir, and has its own private en suite with spa for your enjoyment.

The Orchid and Emerald rooms are large luxury rooms with QB's and both tastefully decorated with their own private ensuites. One with courtyard views, the other with garden views respectively.

Reservation Notes:

Bookings made directly to Holly Gate House and subsequently cancelled prior to 7 days of arrival date will have the deposit refunded less $40.00 administration fee. Forfeiture of deposit for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival. If bookings are made through a booking service, the deposit is non refundable. If a payment is made by credit card then the guest must show the card on arrival to confirm payment, and that any accidental overpayments can only be refunded on the original credit card used,after the guest has stayed.
