Bed and Breakfast Description

Set on a hilltop overlooking the ocean, the hotel is 50 steps from a sandy beach and the crystal clear water of the Bahamas. Check out our hotel photo gallery with beach, bar, restaurant and pool scenes.

Our 32 room hotel is the ideal place for a casual, relaxed vacation, where you will quickly be adopted by your new family and friends. We have a variety of rooms at our family hotel to choose from and our rates are very reasonable.

New Providence island (Nassau - Bahamas) is the perfect spot for a week-long family vacation, a long weekend away or an overnight stay before you travel to one of the Bahamian out-islands.

Orange Hill features a daily grocery run each morning. If you'd like to stock up, you're welcome to join one of our staff members for the short ride to the store or we can pick something up for you.

We do have wireless Internet access available for those of you who travel with your laptop. It is available in the lobby, bar and front garden area.

Orange Hill does have three washing machines and four dryers on-site. You can purchase tokens at the front desk - $2.50 for each wash and $1.50 to dry. The price does include laundry detergent.

Area Attractions and Activities:

Our hotel is a favorite layover point for guests traveling to Small Hope Bay Lodge in Andros since we are only five minutes from Nassau International Airport. A perfect stopover point to relax, have a drink and get into the island mood.

Although our quiet inn is the perfect spot to sit by the pool and dive into a good book, Nassau features many other island attractions that you can "dive" into - all within minutes from our hotel.

For more than 20 years, our hotel has catered to divers looking for the famous Bahamas vacation diversity - wall diving, wreck diving and swimming with sharks along the Tongue of the Ocean.

Other attractions including shopping, sightseeing, touring and fishing are only a short bus or taxi ride away.

Most Popular Rooms:

Orange Hill also features two spacious apartments with full kitchens for our guests looking for a place where they can make meals. The apartments are between the pool and bar area and are always popular with our guests staying with us for a week or more.

Studio rooms feature a queen or two twin beds. Upper/lower floors feature a balcony or patio with a partial ocean view, and A/C. Our studio rooms are popular with singles and couples who are staying for a week or more and wishing an in-room kitchenette.
