Bed and Breakfast Description

This 3-Room-apartment has 64 square meters/ 700 sq. feet and has air-conditioning, central heating, the bath and toilet are separate, there is a living room and 2 bedrooms.

The living-room has a dining area with a spacious table and six chairs and a comfortable sofa which can be changed easily into a king size bed for 2 persons. There's stereo equipment with a CD-player, cable TV, a chest of drawers, bookshelves, and a telephone with answering machine.

The main bedroom has two single beds, two more beds to pull out hidden underneath the main beds with new mattresses, chests of drawers, and a spacious wardrobe etc. The walls of the living-room and bedroom are stucco.

The second bedroom can be reached by stairs from inside the apartment and is one floor above. There is a single bed and a storage closet.

The fitted kitchen is equipped with ceramic hotplates, microwave, fridge, sink, many cupboards, coffee-machine, iron and ironing-board. The spacious bathroom is newly tiled and has a round shower with glass-doors, the washstand is in marble. Washing machine and hair-dryer may also be found there.

This apartment is suitable for four guests. We accept families with two parents and four kids.

Downstairs, right outside the front door is where you will find the metro station, several bus stops, and a taxi rank. The Eiffel Tower apartment boarders the 7th and 15th Parisian District. A walk in either direction leads through the green space of the Champs de Mars or Avenue Breteuil.

The next nearest metro-station is just 2 minutes away, providing access to Montparnasse, St. Germain des Pres, and the Jardin de Luxembourg within minutes of the apartment. The interesting view of the street can be experienced during breakfast or in the evening while sipping wine.

Located one floor above the apartment, on the second floor of this apartment, the second bedroom is accessed via a stair case from the main level of the apartment. There is a single bed, lots of storage space and a closet.
