Bed and Breakfast Description

2-room-apartment with living room, bedroom, kitchen and bath. The living-room with its 3 windows is very bright. From all its windows the pedestrian zone can be seen. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

The two rooms have parquet. The apartment measures 43 sq-metres/ 500 sq foot. The four windows are highly insulated against cold and noise. All windows have shutters.

The bedroom has a king size bed - chests of drawers, wardrobes. In the living-room is a large table, convertible sofa-bed, 4 chairs, bookshelves etc. This 2 room apartment has all the modern facilities such as telephone, colour LCD TV and CD player, DVD player, safe, washer, dryer, air conditioning, fan.

The kitchen is equipped with washer, dryer, ceramic hot plates, microwave oven, kettle, dishware, etc. The bathroom has a shower cabine, an elegant mirror, WC etc.

You won't need the metro, bus or taxi during your vacation in this apartment. This 2 room apartment is situated in one of the rare pedestrian zones in Paris and you'll have a interesting view on the pedestrian area.

3 minute stroll to Centre Culturel Georg Pompidou, Seine-River, Marais, Forum des Halles, Church St., Eustache.
