Bed and Breakfast Description

This apartment is situated in one of the rare pedestrian zones in Paris and you'll have a interesting view on the neighborhood. Downstairs you can choose between many restaurants, cafés, theatres and music-pubs.

The apartment has a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bath. The living-room with its 3 windows is very bright. From all its windows the pedestrian zone can be seen. The entrance has a wardrobe, there's also an interphone.

The two rooms have parquet floors. The apartment measures 43 sq-meters/ 500 sq foot. The four windows are highly isolated against the elements and noise.

In this house Beaumarchais and the author Eugene Scribe were born, some feet away Jean Baptiste Moliere. There are just seven apartments in this little and neat building and your neighbours are French.

2 minutes on foot to Centre Culturel Georg Pompidou, the Seine, the Marais, Forum des Halles, the Samaritaine, the church St. Eustache
