Le Manoir, a typical village in Normandy, is ideally located just 7km from Bayeux, 5 km from the Normandy Landings Beaches and 25 Km from Caen. Our property is made up from a owner-occupied house from the 19th Century with a large landscaped park.

Bed and Breakfast Description

Close to the family house, we have recently renovated our outbuilding. It is a complete apartment of about 100 square meters, on the first floor, which is comprised of 2 large bedrooms, the Aster and Lilas, a private bathroom with each, and a 40 square meter lounge/dining room with American style kitchen.

Each room (Convertible to 4 person accommodation) will offer you a direct view on the garden.

Each room has a private bathroom with a large shower (1,50 X 0,90) one of which is equipped with hydro massage.

The large size beds (160 X 200) guarantee you high-standard sleep.

Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 9:30 A.M. You will really enjoy coffee, tea, chocolate, milk, fruit juice, cereals, pastries, home-made cakes, French baguettes, home-made jams and marmalades, yogurts (natural or fruit), butter, season fruits…

It is possible to rent the whole set of bedrooms, the relaxing lounge and the complemented kitchen,
which is equipped with a vitroceramic hotplate, dishwasher, electrical oven, microwave oven, refrigerator-freezer (200L), coffee machine, toaster, electrical kettle, extractor hood. Complete kitchen utensils set.

Outside, on ground floor, a terrace with garden suite, deck chairs, parasol, garden area and barbecue are at your disposal.

Bedding and towels are provided.We do not supply bath sheets. Beds are ready for your arrival.

You may vacate rooms for 10:30 A.M. latest.

Our 2,5-acre garden is entirely enclosed by walls, beside the river.

The Aster Bedroom is an 18 M2 Flemish style room with large size bed (160 x 200), wardrobe, bed-heads, desk, chairs, TV and a 11M2 mezzanine with 2 individual beds (90 x 200). Private bathroom with a large shower (150 x 90).

LILAS bedroom : 26 M2 of Norman style, with large size bed (160 x 200), a sofa bed, wardrobe, desk, bed-heads, chairs and TV. Private bathroom with a large shower (150 x 90) equipped for hydro-massage, toilets, brand new facilities of high quality.

It will be restored after examination of the inventory of fixtures at the time of the departure.
