National Park, The Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula. There is also an abundance of country pursuits: fishing, golf, tennis, horseback riding, walking and cycling. Killarney National Park is within driving distance and so are Ballybunion, Old Head Kinsale, Barrow-Tralee, Waterville, and the famous Ring of Kerry. If it is golf you are looking for Kathleen's Country House is five minutes away from Killarney's famous Killeen and O'Mahony's Championship Courses, Beaufort's 18 hole, Ross's 9 hole and the Gap of Dunloe 9 hole golf courses. Kathleen will happily recommend and reserve a table at a restaurant of your choice. Killarney Town at night is a wonderful place with tremendous atmosphere. Most shops are open until midnight, and Traditional Irish music floats from almost every pub in town.
