Bed and Breakfast Description

On the 1st floor, our rooms either overlook the Pyénéees or the forest. Breakfast and dinner are prepared with organic produce from our garden and/or the local market, and served in either the dining room or on the terrace where spectacular views of the Pyrénées set the perfect ambiance.

Booked 24 hours in advance, we offer our guests a 3 course traditional French meal complimented with organic produce from our garden or local market. A sampling of this cuisine includes foies gras and confits, charcuteries and honey, venison, mushrooms and local cheeses, a variety of fruit from our garden, Jurancon and Madiran local orgainic production wines. Meal from 19 € includes drinks as well.

Located at the foot of the Pyrénées Mountains, Beth Soureilh is at the center of one of the most beautiful tourist locations in the area.
