Our recreational cooking classes are in a private atmosphere and preserving a familiar style. The Menu is prepared on request with season products showing the secrets of Italian and Venetian cuisine. You can participate in single cooking classes or we can organize lessons for groups of Max 10 persons hands-on lessons. We can organize a comprehensive program incorporating wine tours, art tours and wine tasting. Please visit our activities page and then ask, we will build the best together! Our sparkling white, Prosecco, is an autochthonous vine, intensely cultivated on our hills since the early nineteenth century. Its origin is lost in time and appears to be linked to Pucino, a famous and much valued wine in Roman times. It is not an accident that this vine is only to be found here, in fact in this area the marbles, sandstone and conglomerates of which the terrain is formed, the southern exposure of the hills and the climate charactrized by abundant rainfall, frequent during the summer, with mild temperature from April to October and a noted temperature differences during the ripening season, create the ideal condition for producing our light wine with an intense and captivating bouquet - Sparkling Prosecco! Our wines are available in USA. Area Attractions and Activities: We are located very close to Venice, Dolomites, Asolo, and Padua. Walking, biking, riding, and golf are readily available activities. Experience the vast array of historical treasures, sporting events like the World Bike Championship, visit the weekly antique furniture and jewelry markets, taste some regional specialty food, or take in a round of golf at one of three golf centers in the immediate area. Il Fae is happy to organize daily tours along the Strada del Prosecco to discover historical, artistical and natural wonders. Such tours might include a visit to the Duomo (the famous altar piece by Cima), or the 16th century frescoes of the Sala dei Battutti, or the native house of Cima followed by the accent to the Castel through the picturesque Calle of Madonna della Neve.
