Blue Sturgeon
St. Seurin d'Uzet, France.
Unique B&B built in 1740 by the Prince of Chenac. Once a wine store, a small port in "the village of caviar" on the Girond Estuary, 1 hour from Bordeaux. Completely renovated, luxurious chic style with modern interiors and original contemporary paintings.
Bed and Breakfast Description

It was the first place in Europe to produce caviar. Mr Pierre Bergé, the co-founder of Yves-Saint-Laurent, will open a caviar museum / bistro on the port and later a caviar restaurant in association with Prunier caviar restaurant of Paris.
