Bed and Breakfast Description

The Farm Holidays Real Estate Savernano (Agriturismo) lies immersed between vineyards, olive trees and woods in the countryside of Tuscany that surrounds Florence, on the top of a panoramic hill, near Vaggio, lies the Agriturismo Savernano.

The landscape that surrounds the farm is characterized by wide vineyards, spaced out by woods of oaks, pines, cypresses. The typical Tuscan farmhouse, finely restored by the Panoni family with valuable materials like "cotto dell'Impruneta", is the witness of the wedding between nature and comfort.

The farm, with its Sangiovese vineyards produces a lively and perfumed Chianti wine, the best wine to drink with the typical recipes of the tuscan tradition. Extra virgin olive oil is also produced in Savernano: thanks to an environment without any infesting agent, the olive groves don't need any chemical treatment.

The land owned by Farm Holidays complex of Savernano extends on a 20 hectares surface: 5 hectares of vineyards and 3 of olive trees; the remaining part is covered by woods and by the typical Mediterranean vegetation, where you will enjoy the peace of nature and admire, in the warm nights, families of wild animals like foxes, boars, and deer. There is also a little lake, where several species of animals and birds live.

The actual production of our vineyards is about 300 quintals of Chianti Wine DOCG, bottled to be offered to our guests as House wine. We also produce small quantities of Vin Santo & extra-virgin olive oil.
