After many years of carelessness and neglect, the house have been completely restored by the actual owners who have chosen the name "la Cappella" from a small chapel in the property that testifies to its ancient origins.

"la Cappella" is aproximately at 40 minutes from the main towns of Florence and Pisa and their respective International Airports.

Following Camaiore route, Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi beaches can be reached in very short travel. We offer the opportunity of having a holiday rich of historic and artistic interest in a completely relaxing atmosphere.

Some time age, the famous route Via Francigena used to passed by here and it lead all the pilgrims, coming from France and Spain, to Rome.

The property is surrounded by a park where there is lovely, terraced overlooking the valley. The surrounding hills of olive trees, vineyards and woods invite lovers of nature to long and pleasant walks.

In relative close proximity are three really great golf courses, some much so we include them in one of our golf getaway packages (please refer to our web site). The course in question include: The Montecatini Golf Club, the Tirrenia Golf Club Cosmopolitan, and the Versillia Golf Club.
