Les Cordeliers is a luxury bed and breakfast overlooking the beautiful memorial square of the Petite Regaudie in the center of the famous medieval town of Sarlat-la-Canéda. It is the best B&B accommodation in the Dordogne.

Bed and Breakfast Description

The beautiful and spacious bedrooms are all fully, air-conditioned and sound proof with en suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has its own roof terrace.

All the rooms are furnished with handmade V-Spring beds, renowned for their legendary qualities of comfort, luxury and support.

An international or continental breakfast is served. Oranges are freshly squeezed and coffee freshly ground on the premises.

Sarlat-La-Caneda, capital of Perigord Noir, is famous for its fifteenth and sixteenth century houses with their ancient lauze–roofs (flat stones).

The town today welcomes visitors from all over the world to enjoy it’s rich history and beautiful honey colored buildings. On Saturdays and Wednesdays there is a large colorful market held in the Place de la Liberté, with stalls spilling out to cover the Traverse. During the summer months there is street entertainment in the evening and many festivals are celebrated to the enjoyment of all.

There is a wide choice of restaurants with a variety of cuisines and price levels, all within easy walking distance.

Some of the many activities include canoing, horse riding, adventure parks for children and adults alike, fishing, golf and cycling.

The world renowned caves at Les Eyzies. The stunning gardens of Eyrignac and Marqueyssac. The chateaux of Les Milandes, Castelnaud and Beynac are some examples of the wonderful sites to visit.
