 Overnight Buns Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package yeast in 1/2 cup water
2 1/2 cup warm water
1 cup sugar
3 tsp salt
3 tbs lard
flour of medium dough

Instructions:
Make dough about 6:00 or 6:30 pm the night before needed.

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water. Combine with the rest of the ingredients, knead until smooth. Punch down every 1/2 hour until bedtime. Shape into rolls and put into greased pans and let stand overnight. In the morning, bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, until lightly browned.
