Ingredients:
16 oz package of spaghetti
1 Tbsp oil or margarine
1 chopped red pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
3-4 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup flour
3 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp dried dill or basil
1 lb shelled, deveined cooked shrimp (thawed and drained if using frozen)
1/2 cup sliced black olives
2 Tbsp parsley
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp salt or to taste

Instructions:
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Rinse and set aside.

In a large pot, saute red pepper, onion, garlic and set aside. In same pot, melt butter (don't brown or burn). Stir in flour. Add milk a little at time using whish to ensure smooth mixture. Add basil. Stir over low-medium heat until mixture begins to bubble and thicken a little. Add all remaining ingredients including sauteed vegetables. Heat through and serve over spaghetti.
