Ingredients:
Mix together:
2/3 cup salad oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
2 tbs chablis or dry vermouth
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 to 1 tsp curry powder


Instructions:
Midge Nelson is a summer resident of Isle au Haut. Her son, David, worked at the Light House the first summer that we were open. He brought me this recipe wich we have been using ever since.
